2. LAY A FOUNDATION
Based on the client consultation weβ¦
Submit a proposal outlining our estimated hours, fee structure, timeframe, and policies.
Once reviewed by the client, a contract is signed upon approval and a retainer fee is submitted.
The goal is to set a foundation ensuring we are on the same page moving forward. This allows for us as well as you to focus on the creative moving forward.
3. PLAN
This is where the fun part begins! The design plan includes:
Site surveys and spacial assessments. Delegating an intention for each space so nothing is an afterthought.
Concept development and review.
Mood boards and furniture layouts for visualization
4. CREATE
We begin sourcing, digging, and discovering, to present you with the best options, tailored specifically to your home.
We source a very curated selection of furnishings, lighting, finishes, and accessories.
Samples, images, quotes and pricing on each piece are researched and shared with the client for review.
Options are carefully considered and design decisions are made, resulting in a cohesive selection of pieces that create the perfect environment for your home.
5. MANAGE & COMPLETE
Once all design decisions within the budget have been made
We ensure that all orders are placed, delivery timelines are managed, updates are communicated, and deliveries are seamless.
The project comes to life as items enter the home, and all is done with the utmost attention to detail.
Any outstanding items are addressed, and our joint vision turns into reality.
